The price drop of RCR has been a little bizarre.
Sure the profit figures were not that great.
But revenue did grow strongly. They just need to increase their margins. That I would suspect will follow as suppliers and customers get used to the higher prices being demanded in this tight labour market.
As for Westpac selling it probably isn't Westpac itself but a nominee account(which could be anybody or any fund).
It would appear to me that someone has borrowed big and loaded up on RCR, the margin calls have come in, and they have been forced to sell. This really does look like some big player has been forced to sell.
I haven't checked this out yet, but could it possibly be one of the companies that RCR has taken over, their shares are out of escrow and they are selling???
It really looks like a forced sale or someone who is selling has absolutely no idea.
Otherwise
Have they screwed up a big project???
I haven't heard anything.....
I think it is still good......
Now the company needs to do a few roadshows to regain the markets confidence
