Westpac must have had another flat day wallowing at these lowball levels, trying to outsource the remaining business they have still retained since the money laundering scandal to Manila or wherever they think the banking regulators can't catch up with them.
Steven Gregg, Anthony Miller, Ryan Zanin and Christine Parker still at Westpac in spite of all the scandals engulfing the fourth bank of the Big 4 Banks.
Westpac still seems in a world of pain.
