Without knowing if you are right or wrong in your investment methodology, I could see the sense in your post until you got to the last sentence "fall to around $16 by September".
We can read hundreds of similar predictions on almost every stock all over HC at any time, and they're nothing more than bluster without factual supporting argument. Why not $14.76 by October 17?
