    I think ASIC is responsible for this calamity down in Australia and also the banking regulator APRA. they seem 200 years behind, banks behaving badly like WBC, RIO behaving badly, like the East India Trading Company back in the 19th Century.

    Australian regulators have a lot to learn, Customers are not really protected by these understaffed, under resourced and low cost low value outsourcing companies.
