There is no accountability or sense of responsibility by wayward banks because there is no apparent inclination by the Fed Govt/ASIC/APRA to enforce existing laws. Query why?
Has any senior manager, CEO, director or chairperson of any bank faced a prosecution, fine or jail time for their activity exposed by the Royal Commission?
