    Nothing happens about the underwhelming CEOs across all the banks but especially Westpac’s embattled Peter King who was the CFO when the money laundering happened and the paedophiles were banked to present.

    It is curious almost scandalous.
    If there is no pause, that may not be good, as AUstralia might have a deeper recession if the RBA and its inexperienced and identity selection RBA Governor is increasing instead of decreasing interest rates as she probably should be doing.

    The Government down there increased petrol/ gasoline taxes and that worked its way into the inflation numbers. Grocers and other producers are ripping off consumers as consumer law and anti trust law is trashed for 3 years. Rates are too high as a result.

    it is bad for the banks as although their NIM is higher, a recession causes insolvencies and credit risk.
