All the banks need a community conscience. Any accounts for non holders of either Australian citizenship or permanent residence should be closed down. The funds should be frozen and any Australian assets sold to restore faith in the banking system.
Being banks for pimps and prostitutes and undisputed kings of bad banking are not good tags to have.
