If Westpac use it as another chronic understaffing measure, I would not support that. The regulators should already be giving Westpac record fines. Their customer complaints at the Financial Complaints Authority are at a record high and they have this paedophile banking problem as well as continuing with this reputationally tarnished and embattled Peter King as CEO.
Steven Gregg and Peter King are presiding over a bank that is about 50% down on the $34 it should be and when the other banks are doing much better, it must be humiliating for sholders that Peter King and Steven Gregg still cling to their power given their poor performances and the appallingly low SP.
