I wish we could ditch this thread, but someone keeps reviving it.
Perhaps all police and court records in all states should be duplicated and a batch of copies sent on a large truck to Westpac on the last trading day of each month, so they can decide who can and cannot transact for the next 12 months.
People due for release on parole should have to front the Westpac board before they see the parole board, and for those still in the justice system, Westpac staff could conduct a vote on how many transactions they should be restricted to, depending on the severity of their alleged crime.
