So, in your world, some form of censorship, you have to hold a stock (any threshold number?) before any posted inputs. Would you vote for and listen to any Board member who did not have any beneficial holding in that company? What a dated narrow attitude. Would you read any media article or watch content from which the journalist did not visit that country or meet those involved?
