The Macquarie Bank MQG $10 million AUD fine in Federal Court after the ASIC proceedings was a sign that Macquarie and other banks like Westpac would be getting real nervous. ASIC may have only got $10 million AID but the CEO Shemara Wickremanayake must be worried about not only her ongoing position but her future freedom.
Peter King and these others in banking down in Australia must be worried not only about multi million dollar and billion dollar fines but also their positions.
