It is very bad, still chronically understaffed and doing no better in the technology and compliance space.
A couple of others, CBA and NAB, are dramatically overpriced. ANZ, BEN and MQG are also really hig. WBC a because of all the money laundering issues with AUSTRAC appears to be the laggard.
