WheN is ASIC going to go after the WBC Directors for either civil or criminal penalties like they did in the Star case or are they waiting for Star to be ruled upon by the Courts before they go after the Westpac directors?
If the Star casino cases goes against Star and consequently NAB, ASIC may undoubtedly take the precedent and apply it to other cases.
Is that why all the Westpac Directors are retiring?
And when will AUSTRAC be like FINCEN and ASIC alike the SEC and go after the Executives and not just the Board?
