Well, despite all those banking sector inquiries, scandals, and the odd RC over decades, and the resultant bankers' solemn commitment to "reform, learned from the past and so on", noncompliance and high-level misconduct allegations are stiil reported (ANZ & WBC - holder), and now the CBA is at it again, ramping up their remuneration and bonuses to those stratospheric levels.
