WBC customers just experienced a major digital outage for about three days, nothing really abnormal for this bank, just the customary garden variety outage, widespread disruption for its many customers. So much for the reformist CEO Peter King, hasn't there been a change to the CEO, Anthony Miller recently appointed? No significance really, the moribund WBC Board is still there, no real scope or capacity for innovation or service at WBC and the wider banking sector, the big four should be very grateful for this oligopoly, but certainly not the investors or customers.
