Furthermore, as someone who has some complicated financial dealings, not the least of which around a special disability trust with St George for an immediate family member, my personal experience with ALL of their staff (not just the odd one or two) has shown them to be knowledgeable and utterly customer focussed, and actually quite remarkable in the modern era (as opposed to my forced ongoing experience with another of the other three). I fear it could be rather dispiriting for any employee to read your iff-informed opinions of the bank, as to how it operates in it's current state.
