Another disastrous week for Westpac, beset by auditor difficulties, a meeting that went very badly, only the Four Pillars Policy keeps it afloat.
As for capital, it is a hell of a way to destroy $40 billion AUD with an everlasting money laundering scandal that just skewers its prospects and keeps it well away from any potential record high.
