Old news sonny..........Forum had liquidators appointed by it's creditors (WBC, Mitsui, SGS....with WBC being fraud discoverer) in mid '21. Without diving into any detail, I think the only new news now to an excitable media is the notion of Basile Papadimitriou living seemingly untouchable on Mythos and calamari in the Aegean. This doesn't excuse or mitigate the less-than-stellar lending diligence in ~'18, nor of course does it rule out the possibility of a similar occurrence to happen today, but it's incorrect to link some current journalism filler to WBC's current commercial lending credit risk analysis.
