It would seem to me if you wanted to strip assets from a company you would tell the shareholds the assets were rubbish and not worth two bob so you then sell them to yourself . To me that is what has happened and that is what the legals are all about .You would not have to be to clever to work that out.It is always easier to scaremonger than talkup the facts.
