I also believe that the tenement is at risk with the action in Western Australian. The MD I don't think has said much about this action. Its 61% was not at risk in the UK case there is a difference people should be aware of.

Mr MD I have a copy of the Deed of Indemnity I will have some questions for you some time in the future on this.
