the bigger question is, is if Rob Neale, New Hope's member on the WCL board and chairman is saying that the LB deal is not enough, why doesn't he convince his New Hope board of this and launch their own bid? At worst case, say they came in at 45, and then LB came in at 50 with a counter offer, they would maximise the value of their 17.6% stake. New Hope would be mad not make a higher offer if for no other reason then to get LB higher....to offload their stake.
