Nope. There needs to be competitive tension or an horizon for landbridge to move on the offer.
At the moment, it would appear that LB has many months b4 they need to ramp things up. This is why the GSA is so important to westside; it gives management all the excuse they need to be belligerent to LB immediately in the name of ramping up supply for sto.
So, in the absence of an offer, the best westside can do right now is to be a bad target and flush out LB.
