Surely output targets calculated do not include every day of the Month!.
Where any business targets can be affected by rain, then any clever business at the least, would apply the area average rainfall into their calculations, with a contingency plan for any additional rainfall.
If not, then it becomes an excuse, not a reason for missed targets.
