This is the email I sent to Sam Willis at 3.46pm today. -----------------------------------------------------------------
Hi Sam
I couldn’t receive any reply from you regarding to my questions yet. I am only after the information which had to be released to shareholders as in industry standards but nothing else.
I have now received the SEISMIC SECTION of main seismic line (84GL-01) and the secondary seismic line (84GL-02) which I believe GB-1 is located on from a confidential source. I have been informed that they are not confidential.
This seismic was made by Sydney Oil and Gas in Nov 1984, seismic lines 84-GL01, 84-GL04 and 84-GL06. Seismic data was reprocessed by AMOCO in 1989.
I can see huge anticline and structures in the area which could be the conventional targets.
Can you please see the attached files and inform me if I am at the right direction and release the related data and interpretation to the market?
As you know two of my questions were about; 1) Type of structures which are expected to be intersected like conventional reservoir targets if there is any just above the primary target Goldwyer shale formation! 2- Interpretation of NSE or COP teams about the seismic section.
I am holding my intention to make the complain to ASX for now as I want to give you some more time to take the correct actions about these disclosure issues. I will do it on Monday if I still can’t get any response.
Regards
