I am not entirely convinced by that explanation.
Why would anyone in their right mind, other than a forced seller, chase the price down as far as they have with this stock? Are any of them so unaware of what they are doing? I find that hard to believe.
BTW ASIC only responds to the most egregious infractions and then only if they have the resources. It's the wild west out there.
