Being in position of material Kulin / GGN results on the other hand would force VMS to make an announcement pertaining to same.
What we may find is that VMS has experienced a lot of negative bias from the market due to the previous false Riley starts therefore, the progress / commissioning of plant may come as surprise to the market. If true and the case, this is not a case on non disclosure but rather meeting guidance.
