This is completely a gut feel, but I believe there will be something in the interim. A complete shake-up if you will. Not something that will define a wholesale sentiment change enough to push the market, but something that signals a new guard, or at least enough to stop the worry. The 2013 election will then be the launching pad for growth. I hope that makes some form of sense.

red is your dotted blue line on the DBC chart the 200SMA or similar? Although PA is sideways at present I think that's a pretty solid base forming there with anticipated break to the upside for the eagle-eyed but patient.
