This is an interesting point:

"They tried to delay 12 months by saying the yukon changed some rule. Did they fight it? No."

At the time I asked around as to what the 'rule' was that changed. I did not get an answer, which goes beyond being vague. Did a rule even change?
Or was there a hurdle they could no overcome and hence stalled a year and did another drill campaign to try to overcome it?

Also after the capital raising, much more funding was allocated to environmental s and permitting where we have been previously told the company had enough cash to get through the process. This was also not adequately explained, yet I was told (and in ASX release) there were no environmental issues to be concerned about.
