Didn't Warren Buffet once famously say "There comes a time when the Mums and Dads are panicking and selling their stock at such a level that an investor is compelled to buy even if he doesn't want to." Apart from the unknown factor, POG, I think PRU is close to that point.
Macquarie have a target price of $1.10 based on a nett asset backing per share of $1.16 and 18 analyst survey:
Buy. 2
Outperform. 2
Hold. 13
Underperform 1
Sell 0
Don't look a bad buy to me.
