I think its very important to keep the market updated regularly on whats happening with the company.

I got thrustrated in the end looking at how a lot of other companys are reporting annoucements on a weekly/fortnightly basis even without significant progress on their projects being made.

To the people who say who cares about announcements, it does affect the share price and it is real sad to see a company's price steer lower due to that simple reason.
