Our largest holder WMA Holdings FZCO possesses the capability to cap the share price prior to exercising the $5,000,000 option to buy if necessary.
Recently, management has doubled the size of the on-ground team, suggesting that a new discovery announcement may be imminent, potentially compelling WMA to exercise their conversion option in the near term.
Observing the recent market activity (churn) over the past two weeks, it is clear that until any further developments, the situation remains beyond our control.
Notably, the previous funding rounds have been conducted at a premium to the share price. For instance, the $350,000 injection from MJ Ratta was executed at 0.6c when the share price was at 0.5c, a 20% premium.
Even the option to purchase off-market, amounting to $5,000,000 at 2c per share, doesn't have additional incentives such as free options.
The advantage here for WMA is they could acquire 250 million shares in Estrella, representing an additional 14% of Estrella. If these shares were purchased on the market, this would push the share price into the range of 10-15c per share.
For shareholders, the benefit is it will provide an additional $5 million in capital to explore the substantial opportunities at the Sica and Samalari prospects.
Secondly, WMA, potentially holding over 20% of Estrella AND AS the world's largest exporter of manganese slag, commanding a 22% market share, THIS IS HUGE.
