Every time someone buys again at a lower price they are confirming their previous mistake (and loss).That's how I see it. This applies to all, not only those who have bought at a "really high price." If you buy with the power of the green behind you and continue to buy on the rise up you are confirming your previous decision was a correct one. (You are in profit). For those who have bought "really high" and have held all the way down, not only are they losing, they have tied their capital up which otherwise could have been used towards positive returns.
