Well just took a look at the 3 and 6 month charts and bear in mind I have no technical analysis ability other than reading a trend

It`s 52 week low was 2 cents in March since then it`s been trending back up noticing it has been lagging the broader All Ords Index but I think that is due to the REIT Sector being deemed too risky

This Sector is high risk however the rewards from this level may be substantial for those with a forward looking horizon

IMO short term price target (maybe tomorrow or within days) 7.5 cents medium term 10 cents (within weeks) then longer term (months) 15 cents

Of course the real chartists may disagree however fundamentalists may find that today`s announcement was a game changer and the REIT`s may come back into vogue after taking beating after beating in recent times
