Josh I can bring up your old post, it had nothing to do with shares on issue, it was purely what an explorer is likely to be worth in WFE's position.
Heres the math for you.
I belive you said you would buy existing holders shares for $200 per million.
1 million ÷ 200 = 5000 shares held post consolidation
5000 × .20 = $1,000 share value at relisting of 20 cents holding 5,000 shares and a $12 million market cap.
Except you said you believe the market cap will be $3 or $4 million on listing.
So thats 75% less than the $12 million the company predicts on open, giving you a share price of $0.05 (5 cents) meaning your 5,000 shares are now worth $250....whats the point? Especially after you pay transfer costs. And why are you trying to get as many as possible in the ipo or pre raise at 20 cents when you believe its only worth 5 cents? You are contradicting yourself, this is basic math, if you dont get it, you shouldnt be giving anyone in here advice IMO.
