More likely is the market cap will drop to somewhere between Joshua's prediction of $3 million to lets be generous and say $5 million. If this occurs say good by to a further 75% of what capital you had left.

Because the company has to recapitalise and pay off loans, it is going to issue close to 3 times more shares than what there is currently with the 200-1 consolidation. That's a current 15 million shares on issue that could go up to 60 million shares on issue at listing. Its more like being consolidated/diluted to the levels of 800-1. The only ones smiling here are the debt holders and large share holders if this relists IMO
