WFE The fundamentals

I know this stock hasn't had the best history but I have bought in based on the following :

Cash:
Current: $205,000
SPP: $392,000
Private Placement: $100,000
Total: $697,000

Shares on issue: 1,961,028,076
EV: $1.2m

As per last quarterly they are on the search for an Aquisition in the cobalt, lithium, Gold or zinc space which are all extremely hot at the moment.

As I said understand there is alot of history here but this is way to undervalued and can multi bag quite easily with a good Aquisition.
