WFE to PF1 95% drop?

    I realise that I'm a bit late to the table with this question.......

    173,913 shares in WFE last traded at .00024 for a market value of $4173.91

    in September 2020 a consolidation of shares took place & 173,913 shares went down to 870

    Today those shares traded at 0.25 x 870 = $217.50

    can anyone explain what happened?
