    To me it looks like they need one more raise to buy a bit more time before they hope to be clear and running.

    last 2 CR 9 when we where invited and 7 when management and mates got set.
    assume a discount of 2c puts it above 7 to 8 so as not to upset the mates.

    Got to have some feel good factor in telling the story
