If they do acquire the IP then yeah, that's dodgy as hell and you'd absolutely have something to go on. But look, my own belief is that the IP was all just nonsense and Jeff Edwards was a lifelong Disallowed salesman. I don't think the company's research ever produced anything of any value. I frankly doubt the SPAC vehicle would want to touch anything that belonged to WFL, because WFL was nothing but a gigantic con with worthless IP and unknown brands. But like I said, if I'm wrong and the SPAC does go after WFL's IP, then that is absolutely worth looking into.
