maybe a 60 minutes story exposing what the directors of small cap companies do to get paid well above what they are really worth elsewhere could be educational and stop mum and dad investors giving these guys money to run businesses they would never consider running if they had to use their own money.
Asic does nothing so stop the easy access to fund and let them go get proper jobs.
