what does a mass manufacturing factory has to do with marketing and beauty? My guess; PP was last few months in China, telling everyone he is doing the fundraising but was actually make a deal for him self with them, agreeing the voluntary administration and buying the IPs for them.

Know for a fact that he asked all China ppl engineers and other their CVs so that he could transfer them to that company as well

Thanks for the information. I'm sure Pero's plan is exactly as you said. Stealing WFL's staff, manufacturing plant and IP and transferring them to Cosmo. Probably already a shareholder of Cosmo and the transfer will increase his equity.
