Sorry to be an alarmist as this is now critical for investors but this could also be a ploy by management to manage a planned and known class action against them. They've exhausted every other trick in the book, why not mismanage shareholder court action as well. Plenty of tricksters involved with Wellfully and OBJ over the years. Basically have you a way that you can give us some assurances in this case?

I definitly believe in a Class Action against former directors, Its necessary!

As a priority shareholders need legal representation who need to get in touch with the Administrators. The Administrators who were chosen by the Board of Directors are currently working with the Board of Directors to determine best outcome for Shareholders!

Ridiculous process.

Shareholders should buy the assets of WFL and put the offer forward to the Administrators. If we can put together $5m, at least that f*wit Peros will need to pay more then that to get his hands on the infrastructure and IP.
