We havent seen the final 1 or 2 chapters yet that will no doubt solidify their position. Will it be a direct IP/ asset acquisition by Integrated Wellness Acquisition Corp of which Schapera is the CEO and Varano the Chairman, or will it be a two step process to carve out the assets and IP to minor private companies to obfuscate that they will eventually end up with Wellness Corp? A three year scam in the making.
