A friend mentioned the possibility gerdau buy us out. I've been worried about this for a long time, not regarding gerdau specifically but any big player who may want a large supply of graphene.
What's cheaper, buying 20t of Graphene a year from us for 5 years (my rough calculations is that's about $30m), or buy the company now for $150m, save on paying for Graphene and get all the revenue streams and patents from all the other companies we're currently working with.
I really hope it doesn't happen, I've been holding for a few years now and I really want to see this through to a leading Graphene business.
