Well, they know what they've got to do... get out there, and convert those testing the product, into buying it... hit overall breakeven, not just operational.... and... just keep going! As a heads and options holder - I think the sales and growth figures should offset any dilution from conversion, by quite a factor - so I'm sanguine about getting diluted, if it translates into a company which is now profitable, and growing solidly.
