    @cutty Agree completely about the bubble effect that ETF's cause. I think this will be more pronounced in the USA where about 1/3 of all trades are now ETF's. Not so here in Aust but certainly getting more significant. It's hard tho' not to get attracted to the low fees of ETF's. I'm finding that I am heading towards more Active ETF's where they just don't keep adding throwing more and more money to the biggest stocks. The fees are a little higher but still nothing like active managers, Wilson LIC's etc. There are now a number of less passive ETF's that have fees in the order of 0.35% - 0.5%. MVW (equal weight), MOAT (USA), QLTY (World) and MVA (Reit) all have some sort of screening process or spread their investments around a little more than the more traditional passive cheaper ETF's.
