Yeah Platinum has been out of favor for some time. I do respect their conviction and resistance to euphoria. They might not be the managers for a raging bull market, but in rockier markets they should be able to produce good alpha. Their LICs are trading at attractive discounts, especially PAI which I have recently bought into.
