I hold WAM, WAX, WLE & WMI, part of each from their respective IPOs, so have been dealing with them for a long time. Going back several years an email would result in a call back, sometimes from Geoff himself, and all questions answered. These days an email from me with two questions will likely result in a return email from some name I don't recognise addressing only the first question. My guess is that they've simply got too big, so the people allocated to answering queries are no longer those with the real knowledge.
