Very typical orchestration: long time accumulation in the background and after a certain threshold of ownership is met, the publication of a very bullish research report (without doubt, a meaningful analysis) ahead of a major news catalysts (record flow rates from WE4)....

They might speculate for a t/o offer soon for their exit, I would guess...
