Well hopefully it is a takeover with WGR getting part cash and part MLX shares. MLX undervalued, WGR undervalued and mlx has cash.
i would imagine around the 25 - 30c mark is about right and although it is not a great premium - those that take MLX scrip will benefit in the future. (assuming that is what will happen!)
i hold both - Fosters have targets double both the current prices so i expect Fosters will cover this deal (whatever it is) quite thoroughly.
